Summer's on the Grill

One of my favorite things about warm weather is eating and cooking outside. Unfortunately, the last time we built a fire in the backyard we almost caught the entire neighborhood on fire.   It was time to come up with an easier way to make S'mores. 
Just grab a pie plate and spread a layer of  peanut butter (optional), covered by a layer of chocolate chips.

 Then top with mini-marshmallows and place on a hot grill for 2 to 3 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown.  Dip your graham crackers in the yumminess or grab a spoonful to spread on a couple of crackers.

Two out of three children will be unable to keep their eyes open while eating it.
