Shrimp-It's what's for dinner!

I love shrimp scampi-especially the especially buttery kind you can get at Red Lobster.  Well, here is my copycat version and it is muy delicioso

1 pound of shrimp-shelled and deveined
( I cut the tails off too )
1 cube of butter
1 pkg. Italian Dressing Mix
1 lemon

Line a 9 x 13 cake pan with tin foil. Melt butter and stir in Italian seasoning.  Pour half of the mixture into cake pan. Lay shrimp in single layer in cake pan and then pour the rest of the butter on top.  Slice up a lemon and lay it on top of the shrimp.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.

My kids like to eat the shrimp and butter over noodles, but I prefer them all on their own.
